Secure Shopping
We are aware that our customers have concerns regarding the use of credit cards over the internet. We share your concerns and have provided the ability to encrypt your transactions using our Secured Socket Layer (SSL), ensuring that your ordering information remains private, protected, and secure. This means that your name, address, credit card numbers and any other information you provide through our SSL cannot be read by anyone else.
We have appropriate security measures in place at our physical facility to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you on our website.
We do not store or have access to your credit card number when you place an order. All credit card information is handled thru an encrypted payment gateway.
Shipping
Sales are FOB, point of shipment. We will ship by the most economical means possible from our warehouse. Any extra charge incurred for additional services, such as Purchaser’s carrier or special handling at the destination, must be paid by consignee. Title and risk of loss pass to the Purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product was damaged or lost in transit, recipient must file a claim with carrier.
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Idaho Falls, Idaho, warehouse.
Payment Options
We want your shopping experience with us to be both safe and convenient. We offer a variety of payment options to choose from. A&R accepts credit/debit cards, checks/money orders, or purchase orders.
We gladly accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted as well.
Checks and Money Orders are accepted forms of payment. For all orders placed using these two payment methods, please send your order along with your payment into A&R. Please include a valid email address and/or phone number where you can be contacted in the event of a question or problem regarding your order. Please note that we reserve the right to ensure that your payment clears with your bank prior to approving your order for shipping. Additional fees may apply if appropriate funds are not available in your account at the time of processing.
We accept purchase orders from institutional and commercial customers subject to approval. For all purchase orders, please verify that your purchase order number, valid bill to and ship to address and accounting phone number are included prior to submission. Once submitted, your purchase order will be processed by our accounting department for credit approval. If there are any concerns regarding your purchase order, we reserve the right to request an alternate payment method. A partial prepayment may be requested upon the first purchase order or as necessary.

Taxes
All orders shipped anywhere outside of the state of Idaho will not be taxed. Orders shipped within the state of Idaho will be taxed at the state sales tax rate of 6% unless a tax exempt number is provided at the time the order is placed.
Returns
If you have any problems with your order, please give us a call at (208) 529-9190. We will gladly refund, credit, or exchange your new or unused items within 60 days. We will repair or replace any product or part which proves to be defective in workmanship or material.
Cancellations
Any cancellation must be approved by A&R and may be subject to a restocking fee and other charges.
Manufacturers’ Warranties and Sales Literature
Most of the products supplied to A&R are warranted to the final consumer by their manufacturer. Copies of such warranties are supplied with the product or are available from the manufacturer. As a service, A&R will obtain copies of consumer warranties from the warrantor and will furnish them free of charge to the purchaser who requests them. A&R may also furnish sales brochures and other literature of the manufacturer. A&R assumes no responsibility for the content of such warranties or sales literature by performing this service.
Warranty Disclaimer
No warranty or affirmation of fact, expressed or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above is made or authorized by A&R. A&R disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection or misapplication, and any description that does not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. A&R’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.
Pricing and Misprints
Pricing, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
A&R reserves the right not to sell below cost and to correct misprints, typographical, or pricing errors. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. If you find an error on our website or in our printed material, let us know so we can fix it.

A&R shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship products or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, or any other circumstances or causes beyond the control of A&R in the conduct of its business.
